Artificial Intelligence Messaging Enterprise Technologies LLC, doing business as AiME Technologies, is a Texas-based company providing AI-powered SMS agents for lead qualification and conversion on behalf of businesses.

2. Information We Collect

• •Lead Info: Phone numbers, names, and other data provided by our clients

We do not collect sensitive personal information like financial account access, social security numbers, or health data.

3. How We Collect Data

• •Directly via forms (including Zoho) embedded on our website
• •From lead data voluntarily submitted by our clients (e.g., through Google Sheets)
• •We do not use paid lead lists, scrape data, or run third-party landing pages

4. Cookies & Tracking

We do not currently use cookies or tracking pixels. If that changes, we'll notify users and update this policy.

We may store basic session data to ensure users retain access to their active campaigns and interactions. No third-party advertising or tracking is performed.

5. How We Use Data

We use data to:

• •Communicate with leads on behalf of clients (via SMS)
• •Improve our service functionality and campaign performance
• •Conduct analytics and performance reviews
• •Train and improve our systems only with proper consent, in a way that protects anonymity

6. Data Sharing

We only share data in the following circumstances:

• •With Telnyx (our SMS delivery provider) to enable messaging
• •With the specific business that submitted the lead data, for the purpose of communication
• •With internal tools like Google Sheets, only when data is uploaded to us by clients

We do not share any information with unrelated third parties.

7. Data Storage & Security

All data is securely stored in an encrypted database on Firebase.

As of July 2025, access is limited to our internal team (developers and co-founders).

We intend to implement role-based access control and formal training as our team grows.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary to deliver services.

When no longer required, data is securely deleted.

Users may request deletion by contacting us (see Section 14).

9. Opt-Out & Control

• •SMS recipients can opt out anytime by replying "STOP"
• •Data deletion requests can be submitted via email and are subject to business approval
• •We currently do not send email communications or newsletters

10. AI Message Use

Our platform uses AI to deliver SMS messages under human supervision.

Data may be stored, analyzed, or reviewed internally, in a strictly anonymous and non-identifiable way.

We do not log or train AI models using business names, contact info, or product-specific identifiers.

11. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16 years of age.

Manual review is in place to filter underage submissions, with automated verification planned as scale increases.

12. Legal Compliance

We aim to comply with all U.S. privacy laws applicable to our operations, including:
